REGISTRATION: To register simply fill out our registration form and mail a minimum $40 non-refundable deposit to the studio in order to ensure your space in class. You can also register by phone or fill one out at the studio on the first night of class. Registration forms can also be found on our website. ALL new students for any class or workshop must fill out the entire registration form, leaving nothing blank. Please remember to include your email address because most communication about classes and possible changes will happen via email. If you have already filled out a registration form for Full Circle Dance Studio, you do not need to fill out another one unless your personal information has changed.
No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to take a class without parent/guardian signature
Pre-registration is encouraged due to class limits. A class with less than 6 students may be cancelled.
